🍂 Fall gutter check (before the leaves win): KC oaks and maples are packing gutters solid right now. Clogged gutters spill water right next to your foundation — basement leaks, cracked foundations, rotted fascia. Clean them now, and make sure downspouts carry water 4–6 feet from the house.
